Department of School Education Bihar that comes under the control of the Bihar Government is inviting applications from all the candidates who want to participate in upcoming Bihar State Teacher Eligibility Test 2017. Candidates must submit their application forms before the last date 25th April 2017.

Selection Process:
Candidates, who will clear the written test of TET, only they will be selected for the next round that is the interview. Others will not be able to sit for the appeared exam. Candidates who want to participate in Bihar TET 2017, they all should deposit their Application Form Bihar TET 2017. The eligibility required for this test are given below. Candidates are requested to check and apply.

Education Qualification:
In terms of attaining eligibility criteria, candidates must need to secure minimum 55% of marks and it is also essential to complete Senior Secondary examination with 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education or any equivalent degree.
Candidates those who have passed 4 years Bachelor degree of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) with 50% of minimum marks will be considered enough.
A B.Sc, or B.A. (Ed.)/ B.Sc. (Ed. with 1 year of two-year Diploma in teaching courses) degree holders can also apply for Bihar TET Application Form.
Age Limit: For all the male candidates, the age limit is 35 years (Maximum). For all the Female, OBC Female / Male, candidate’s maximum age should not above 38 years. For all the SC/ST (Male/Female), candidate’s age should be less than 40 years
Application Fee: Candidates who are willing to apply for one or two papers of Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test, they must have to pay the following amount of application fee as per their category. Candidates are required to pay this amount of through proper channels within given time period.

General/ OBC Category Rs. 300/- Rs. 400/-
SC/ST/PH Category Rs. 150/- Rs. 200/-
